Checkout Terms and Conditions

  • What do you do with my personal information?

I retain your name, email address and mailing address for your order history. My privacy policy describes the ways I collect, store, use and protect your personal information. This policy also describes how you can remove your personal information from this website.

  • Do you have a warranty?

All bronze works by William Miles will be repaired or replaced at my discretion for no charge within one year of sale if returned to me, postage paid. If you require repair service after one year from purchase please contact me.

  • Do you have a return policy?

You can return any regular price work purchased from Bronze Art by William Miles within 14 days providing that you return the item to me postage paid, subject to a 5% return fee. This fee is collected to reimburse my costs related to currency transactions and packaging and shipping associated with the original sale. Proof of purchase must be provided with the returned item. See my return policy here.

Sale items or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned.

Commissioned work is subject to the cancellation or return conditions as specified in the Commission Terms.

  • Do you collect sales tax?

Not at this time. You are responsible to pay all customs duties and taxes and other fees that may be charged. I do collect a 3% fee on the total purchase, including shipping, to cover my payment processing fees.

  • How do I log in to see my orders?

Click the Login or My Account menu item. Enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password please use the Lost Password form.

  • I don’t have a log in? Can I still order?

Generally, no. Some donation and prepayment items can be placed in your shopping cart while browsing. However, my sculptures and other artwork cannot be ordered without first having an account created in your name. Contact me with the artwork of interest. I will create an account for you.

When you order I need personal information from you such as your name and address. Because I maintain your personal information in my system you are required to explicitly accept my privacy policy and related business terms and conditions whenever you purchase one of my sculptures or other works of art. Once you have an account you can always return to review your order status and history.

  • I don’t know anything about my account. How can I find out about my order status?

Please contact me. Tell me about your order. I can send you an order status through email.

  • Do you take commissions? Can I ask for custom work?

No, not really. Please see my Commissions policy and complete the request form to contact me. Tell me what you want. I may consider the commission if it is something that interests me. I will respond through email.

  • How long will it take to complete my order?

I do custom work. Commissioned bronze figures or other custom artwork can take six months or longer to complete.

  • I want to cancel an order. What do I do?

Please see my Returns policy and contact me. In most cases I will be able to provide a refund. I may have to charge a small fee to cover my associated transaction costs.

  • I gave you a wrong email address. What should I do?

You are required to verify your email address by replying to my account notification email before you are allowed to log in to your account. If you entered an incorrect email address during registration then Register again with a new identifier and your correct email address. If you are registered and your email address has changed then you can update your email address by modifying your Account Details.

  • I lost my invoice or order record. Can I get a replacement copy?

Yes, please contact me with information about your order. I can send you a replacement order record through email.

  • Is my credit card number secure?

I do not store or maintain your credit card number. Your payment is made through the PayPal service or other third party credit card service providers that use encrypted communication protocols. These suppliers are PCI compliant. This means that they subscribe to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. This is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

  • I have forgotten my password to your system. What do I do?

Please request a password reset from here. Enter your email address.

  • My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?

All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number. Orders sent to the United States and International orders are shipped with tracking numbers only if optional tracking services are purchased. If you don’t know what your order tracking number is, please contact me.

Check with your post office or carrier once you have the tracking number.

If your order was not shipped with a tracking number then it may be lost. Bronze Art by William Miles is not responsible for orders shipped without a tracking number.
