Today I cast R2D2 and Yoda from Star Wars.

Both these figurines are fairly small. Yoda is only 5.5 cm tall and R2D2 is smaller at 4.5 cm tall. Each figure weight about 115 grams. Yoda is cast whole in silicon bronze, with a white bronze light saber. R2D2 is cast in white bronze with a yellow brass top.

I wanted to create these castings in preparation for my Artist Alley showing at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo April 27 – April 30, 2017.

I was able to cast two copies of each figurine today.
